The Greater Fresno or Fresno Metropolitan, Fresno-Madera CA CSA, is a Combined Statical Area, is a metropolitan area in the San Joaquin Valley, in the United States, consisting of Fresno and Madera counties. It is also the forty-fifth-largest CSA in the U.S. as of 2019 census estimates. Fresno city areas are Clovis, Coalinga, Firebaugh, Fowler, Fresno, Huron, Kerman, Kingsburg, Mendota, Orange Cove, Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, San Joaquin, Selma, and Balance of County. Madera city areas are Chowchilla and Madera. It is the third-largest metropolitan region in Northern California, behind the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento.
