To determine the most dangerous cities in Pennsylvania in 2024, we have reviewed the number of violent crimes reported in 2022, 2021, 2020 per 1,000 residents, with data from the Uniform Crime Reporting Program. Scranton being populous city in Pennsylvania registered 939 number of Violent cases other populous cities include Penbrook, Waynesboro, Washington Township, Shippensburg and Carlisle.
